Meet Antonino
I got to snuggle with this little teddy bear recently! At 11 days old and 7+ pounds, he was very content, enjoyed a sweet little awake period during our session, and hardly made a peep at all. Mommy and Daddy are over the moon with their new little addition. Congratulations to this new family of three!
Where did the year go? I photographed Brooke as a newborn and before I knew it, her Mommy and I were planning her first birthday session…I have had so many “graduates” lately and I’m happy to be a small part of their life in pictures. I truly love when my clients bring their children back to see me- it’s the best compliment ever!
Mommy says Brooke is usually all smiles but sometimes being a model is hard work and the smiles are offered a little more sparingly {as was the case this session}. She still managed to take beautiful shots and enjoyed her cake like crazy! In fact, I really think she was just too busy eating cake to smile- LOL! Happy Birthday Brooke! I loved seeing you and Mommy again!
Meet 11 day old Finn
I cannot get over all the babies with so much hair lately!
Weighing in at around 7 pounds, this little guy kept us on our toes! He had a very definite idea of how he didn’t want to be posed and had a sweet awake period where I really got to enjoy holding him
But alas! They all sleep at some point and he happened to particularly love being swaddled. The first photo ranks as one of my recent favorites as I love brown for little boys! Mommy calls him her little coffee bean 😉 Congratulations to this new family of three!

Meet Christian….just look at those eyes! This little guy would NOT give us a smile but he has certainly mastered the handsome, vintage look!
Photographing Christian has been a long time coming. Mommy has been a loyal fan and I’m so happy that we were able to finally coordinate a session for his first birthday!

MY BABY!!! I absolutely LOVE looking back on all o me these photos! They are some of my favorites, of course! Christian saw these and said, “Hey! That’s baby me!” Haha Weve been so lucky to work with you numerous times! You’re simply the best! (I could break out into song, but I will spare you haha ) 😉❤️
As many of you know, my primary profession is physical therapy and I still practice, but now in NJ. Back when I practiced in my early career in Staten Island, I worked in the ICU with Emma’s Grandma, Lucille. I remember her being professional, warm, and caring. I now know her personally and can say that my judgement was spot on-
It wouldn’t be again until years later that we would meet again, long after I resigned from my Staten Island job. Many of my very good friends are friends from that job and when I started my photography business, they were some of my biggest supporters and still are…. (Insert shout out to Staten Island!) One of our mutual friends referred Lucille to me since she knew she would become a Grandma soon.
I met Alissa and Emma at Emma’s newborn session a year ago and since then, have photographed Emma many times over this priceless first year. I have been able to be a little piece of her growth and truly enjoyed capturing all of her stages. I am happy to call Lucille, Alissa and Emma my friends. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my sentimental heart, for giving me the privilege of photographing Emma and for the wonderful support you have given me and my business all along the way. You are the reasons this “job” is so rewarding and why I will continue to put my heart into making memories.
Happy First Birthday, Emma. It’s not with every client that we can all sit around eating cake with forks off the backdrop paper after the session! May all your wishes come true. I love you!
